Festive bus service raises funds

Halls brewery financed the service on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve to and from Oxford in 1989,

Passengers paid just 50p and the service raised £321.50 for SSNAP, Support for the Sick New Born and their Parents.

The money was handed over at a ceremony at the Bricklayers Arms pub at Old Marston.
